From Murtinheira to Cabedelo, depending on conditions
Sessions take place between Murtinheira and Cabedelo, including Buarcos. We choose the spot according to the weekend's conditions.
This is where I started, in 2000, as an instructor at the Figueira da Foz Surf School, where I worked for 14 years. If you'd like to stay longer, there are also camps at the Surf House in Buarcos.

I don't teach beginners. Lessons start once you can paddle, take off and get through the whitewater on your own.
